How do I transfer my booking?


Auckland - you will be emailed a promo code and you will be able to then rebook free of charge. To redeem ensure that you enter the promo code on the buy tickets page - there is a prompt at the very top above all the dates/times. LA - If you booked via eventbrite you will have been emailed a promo code and you will then be able to rebook free of charge. To redeem ensure that you enter the promo code on the buy tickets page - there is a prompt at the very top above all the dates/times. If you booked via FEVER they will email you directly with instructions on how to amend and move your booking. Melbourne - you will be emailed a promo code and you will be able to then rebook free of charge. To redeem ensure that you enter the promo code on the buy tickets page - there is a prompt at the very top above all the dates/times. Is this event still going ahead?


Right now all our venues are back running and we adhere to all guidelines in your local area.




What happens if I transfer and the venue is still shut?


If restrictions keep getting extended we will again provide all customers the opportunity to rebook their sessions for later in the year. We will keep extending out transfers for as long as possible until we are able to deliver the product.




Can I sit on a credit note and transfer when I have my calendar in order?


Of course - your existing ticket acts as a credit note - you will have the instructions of how to rebook at any time so you do not need to rebook urgently if you don't wish.
